Sweeet, but. It says that there’s a investment change of -266.7% while the investment value is still the same as the price!?
And will there be a guide which explains everything?

Yeah, the investment value is the total value of the shares at that moment, seeing as it’s only 1 share the investment value is 12*1 = 12.

Does it support “sell short” and “buy to cover” operations also? (so… is there a chance to see a bearish market?)

@llpalazzo - no it will not support those feature initially, however if it is received well then they will most definitely be added.
